How do I request corrections to a document?
Last updated on August 15, 2024You can request a correction to a document using the Scopus web form on the Scopus: Profile and content corrections Support Center. Using the web form, you can request changes to a document, including:
Abstract

Digital Object Identifier (DOI)

Document Title
|
Document Type Correction
|
Duplicate
|
Missing References
|
Page Number
|
Publication Year/Date Correction
|
Author Affiliations
|
Author Name
|
Correspondence Information

To request a document correction:
- Open a web form from the Scopus: Profile and content corrections Support Center.
- Select your role.
- From the Contact reason dropdown, select 'Document Correction'.
- Enter a subject and document title.
- In the Your question field, enter details about the correction including:
- Details about the incorrect information
- Details about the correct information
- A link to the correct document on a publisher's site or attach a correct version of the article
- Provide the necessary contact details.
- Select 'Send your question'.
