Please note the following key deadlines to ensure timely accommodations for the current and upcoming terms:
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Requests
- Spring 2025: Submit by February 15, 2025
- Fall 2025: Submit by July 30, 2025
Accommodation Letters
- Fall 2024 Term: Submit by November 22, 2024
- Note: Affiliation meetings must take place prior to the submission date to ensure timely processing.

East Wing - Gatton Student Center Location

The DRC Gatton Student Center office is located on the 3rd Floor of the East Wing in Suite 300D. The lot adjacent to the East Wing has accessible parking spaces. This is a pay parking lot.
Multidisciplinary Science Building 4th Floor
725 Rose Street, Multidisciplinary Science Bldg, Suite 407, Lexington, KY 40536-0082
The DRC Multidisciplinary Building office is located on the 4th Floor of the Multidisciplinary Science Building in Suite 407. There are two free parking spaces for DRC visitors. If those spaces are occupied, parking is available in the Kentucky Clinic lot. Please bring your ticket to the DRC for a reduced rate.
