Understand device usage for your organization's devices

You can view detailed health and usage data for a device and its associated peripherals on the
Device history page. Three types of usage data display on this page:

  • Issues—Device health problems that are detected and persist over time (including those that trigger connectivity and peripheral alerts)
  • Activities—Records of what the Google Meet hardware device is actually being used for at any given time
  • Events—Notable point-in-time occurrences that can be useful to admins looking to troubleshoot issues

You can navigate to this page in the Admin console:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. Go to Menu and then Devicesand thenGoogle Meet hardwareand thenDevices.
