Some campus bus routes run limited schedules or not at all during official University holidays and academic breaks. Below are details about the routes and hours of operation.
Official University Holidays
The following University holidays impact campus bus service: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The campus Blue, White, Green, Yellow, and Purple routes are not in service on the following dates:
- November 28 through November 30, 2024 (Thanksgiving)
- December 25, 2024 through December 31 (Christmas & bonus days)
- January 1, 2025 (New Year's Day)
- January 20, 2025 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) (The campus Yellow Route will be in service.)
- May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day)
- June 19, 2025 (Juneteenth)
- July 4, 2025 (Independence Day)
The campus Orange Route is not in service on Thanksgiving Day or the day after, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and Independence Day. Limited service is available December 26 through December 31.
Academic Breaks
Limited bus service is available during academic breaks, including spring break, fall break, and winter break. Limited service means that the campus Blue, White and Green routes run from 6:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Purple Route is unavailable during academic breaks. Likewise, the weekend Yellow Route does not operate during academic breaks.
