Fry whole onion in a small amount of olive oil (low heat) until soft. (Canola will do)
Add potato plus carrots cut small
and sweat for a while with lid on, add garlic, curry powder, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon and ginger (about a teaspoon of each) fry another minute then add maybe 1/2 kg mince with about 1/2 small cup of beef stock (I use 1 cube stock with water) cook another 5 mins break mince up fine and stir. Add carrots, potato and peas and simmer 15 mins. Must no
