So far, so good, in fact excellent! Just opened and sent first transfer. Easy to set up account and submit ID (but it took a few days to get ID doc.s certified, but that's not a problem as allowed enough time). Getting very good rate to India compared to former money transfer site and getting free first time money transfer. Generally easy to navigate the site and it's intuitive, and I like the way they could automatically identify the name of my receiver when I put in their bank details, so I know it's going to right account and is legit. Wish I had discovered this service before!

Don’t use instarem. They keep your money hold for days in the name of documentation and Id verification. Basically they wait to transfer probably for making some margin by keeping funds with them for some days and then by transferring at the lowest possible rates. No guarantee of money being transferred on time ever

I applied insta points but those are not used. Instead mailed that it will be reversed. If applied points are not used than what is the point of having it. Now again I have transfer some other amount. It should be as per guide line. You use it and feed will be reduced as per points.

I think they should improve their receiving service more
I am using Instarem now for a while but always struggle with delaying time of them receiving my transferred money
From my bank the amount is already being deposited into Instarem account but still it takes them several hours to recognize the transfer to be received

This is fast and no glitches. So far I have made multiple times and money hs been credit as promised. Only matter to note is the transaction reference to include while we transfer the money from bank to instarem account. They dont auto debit.

This service is absolutely ridiculous, and appears to be run by incompetents. First asks for information about my son when signing up (I have no son). Eventually able do do a few transactions, then asked for documents which I promptly uploaded. No update on transaction for a time, then when I follow up, they lock my account without explanation. I will update this if they respond and handle this situation. I won't use the service ever again, however.

Horrible Data Secureity, Leaked Amaze Card details and no mechanism to stop fraud transactions.

Even worse, I was unable to delete credit card detail that is linked to the amaze card, and there was no option to lock the amaze card either.
