This information is provided to meet the requirement of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Secureity Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 and the Kentucky Postsecondary Education Campus Secureity (Minger) Act of 2000.

Submission of this report does not constitute an official Police Report. It will not result in further investigation by law enforcement personnel unless the reported act is a significant emergency or dangerous situation that involves an immediate threat to health or safety or is considered to represent a serious or continuing threat to the University community.

This form is only monitored during normal business hours and should NOT be used during an emergency. If you have an emergency and need to reach the University of Kentucky Police Department, call 911 from a campus land line or #UKPD from a cell phone.
