Dangerous heat continues across parts of western, southern U.S.

High temperatures will continue to reach dangerous levels on Thursday across parts of the western and southern U.S., including the Desert Southwest, where Excessive Heat Watches and Warnings are in effect. Heat Advisories remain in effect for parts of parts of the western Gulf Coast and Intermountain West. Take extra precautions and follow heat safety tips if you work or spend time outside.
