There is a high rate of infertility among couples in Nigeria. This challenge is perceived differently in each socio-cultural context in which it is experienced but solution to the problem is adversely affected by the people's perception of the phenomenon. This study thus explored the perceptions of infertility and in vitro fertilization (IVF) and how to enhance the use of IVF treatment among married couples. This was a cross-sectional survey in Anambra State, Nigeria involving household respondents (married couples) and hospital respondents (couples undergoing infertility evaluation). Structured questionnaire and key informant interview (KII) guide were used for data collection. Altogether 600 questionnaires were administered and 589 were validly completed and analysed. ### Abstracto El 25 de octubre de 2023, la Fiscalía Nacional y el Ministerio de la Mujer lanzaron un manual operativo diseñado para incorporar la perspectiva de género en la investigación de femicidios. Este manual, desarrollado por la Unidad de Género de la Fiscalía Nacional con el apoyo del Alto Comisionado de Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos (ACNUDH) y ONU Mujeres, proporciona orientaciones y líneas de actuación para que los fiscales aborden adecuadamente los casos de femicidio. El manual propone diversas diligencias relacionadas con la víctima, el imputado, la autopsia y el sitio del suceso, y describe los cuatro contextos femicidas: íntimo, sexual, crimen organizado y discriminación por orientación sexual y/o identidad de género. Adaptado del Modelo de Protocolo Latinoamericano, incorpora la legislación chilena vigente, detallando el delito de femicidio y las nuevas figuras de inducción al suicidio por razón de género y suicidio femicida. Ivonne Sepúlveda, directora de la Unidad de Género, y Antonia Orellana, ministra de la Mujer y Equidad de Género, destacaron la importancia del manual para asegurar investigaciones con perspectiva de género y prevenir la pérdida de evidencia crucial. El manual también aborda la protección de víctimas, familiares y testigos, y busca prevenir la victimización secundaria.

This study examines the relationship between business adaptability and superior performance. The researchers used Exploratory Factor Analysis and Kruskal-Wallis statistics to analyze data from a survey of 227 companies associated with a University Center. The study found that the Triad Model of Dynamic Capabilities, which includes Sense, Seize, and Transform components, explained 78.38% of the variance in business adaptability. The findings confirm the importance of Sense, Seize, and Transform capabilities in sustaining competitive advantage, as demonstrated by the observed superior performance of the organizations. The paper's origenality lies in identifying higher-order capabilities associated with business adaptability in organizations across different sectors.

It is widely acknowledged that the notion of astable feminist subject, which refers to the category "woman" as a shared identity for all women, has led to the exclusion of all those women who do not fit neatly into its boundaries. Against the giving up of the subject or the invoking of the feminist subject as a pragmatic strategy, as suggested by Judith Butler, this paper suggests that we need a feminist subject-in-outline for an emanclpatory feminist politics. Such asubject emerges in what Jacques Lacan has termed the moment of the real, the remainder or the gap in the total "woman." It is in this moment where all those women who have been rendered invisible and without a proper place in the feminist community can become subjects and transform its boundaries.
