Nathaniel Easton is a Ph.D. student in Management at the University of Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a MBA and a MS in Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Dickinson State University. His current research interests revolve around team composition and team performance, with a particular interest in understanding how to maximize the performance of seemingly dysfunctional teams. He is also interested in the consequences of task and procedural conflict within teams.
