The Web Operations team oversees the technical and content website requirements for the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering. The information below provides contact information for general contacts and individual team members, along with self-service tools.

Submit a Ticket
Most issues can be solved through the Web Operations Help Desk Ticket system, including:
- content updates,
- errors,
- small change requests for a website.
Team members require a minimum 24-48 hours to assess issues. Tickets are processed during business hours on weekdays only. Requests are updated through the help desk system.
Larger issues outside of the scope of a Help Desk ticket must be requested through the Web Operations Project Request form below. Problems with network, computers, or other technology should be routed through Engineering Technology Services.

Submit a project
If a department, organization, or college need requires a more thorough examination or process, use the Web Operations Project Request form. Requests are assessed and prioritized by the Web Operations team and important stakeholders. Project requests typically include:
- Website forms and other programming projects,
- Wordpress system, theme, or plugin requests,
- larger department technical or web requests
Smaller issues such as errors or content edits must be requested through the Web Operations Help Desk Ticket system above. Problems with network, computers, or other technology should be routed through Engineering Network Services.
