Its ENTIRELY reasonable to expect that training to include HOW to use the product, HOW to administer the product, WAHT are the best practices for process in/around the product, WHAT are the best practices around change management, onboard/offboard, WHAT advanced/additional value can be gained by using less known features/functions, etc. You also want all the assets: continuously updated training material AND train the trainer material
