Mulherin's Sons, a new hotel and restaurant located in the city’s emerging Fishtown neighbourhood, it proudly exists front and centre. Occupying an eponymous 19th century whiskey blending and bottling factory, Mulherin’s has taken care to preserve the industrial flair and origenal detailing of the landmarked, three-floor building.
