Evergreen, height to 60cm. The hardiest of the Japanese Holly Ferns, hardy from USDA zone 5 (-25C). A very distinctive growth, superb for shaded borders with good, well drained soil. Very tolerant of drier soils once established. The well shaped fronds work well in flower arrangements. Named after the Scotsman, Robert Fortune (1812-1890). His claim to fame was the introduction of tea plants to Ceylon and India. Cyrtomium fortunei- Hardy Japanese Holly Fern plug €3.00 Add to Basket
