Good morning everyone! Today I have a fun technique for you. I watched a YouTube video by Natasha Foote showing this floating shape technique. The first thing I did was to die cut the flowers and leaves from white cardstock and inked them with Distress Oxide Ink. Once they were colored, I placed them face down onto a sheet of Gina K Masking Magic Paper. I tried to place them as close together as possible. Next, I placed my heart die on top of the images and die cut it. The images stick to…

Hello and welcome! I have 2 cards made from one embossed panel as shown above! I took the Memory Box "Blooming" 3D embossing folder and a Tim Holtz brayer and Versamark Ink and inked up the debossed side of the folder and ran it through my die cutting machine. I used the "Fresh Aqua Collection" paper pad and chose a dark teal card stock. Then I put clear embossing powder on it and melted it with my heat gun. Next I used a dauber to add white ink to the raised areas. Here's a look at the…

I brushed Soft Sky onto the inside of the embossing folder and ran the panel through. It made the background a bit blue. I ran a separate panel through with no color on. it, and used the attached two dies to cut out two embossed magnolias. I VERY lightly brushed on some Seedless Preserves in the centers I cut out the Magnolia branch out of Old Olive and brushed on some Walnut Stain Oxide ink. I glued the branch and magnolias to the embossed panel so that parts of the leaves were above…

Hello and welcome! I've got three cards today featuring the brand newly released "Curlicue Plate Die." Supply list: https://ldli.co/e/kqexjkm I really like this die because it's so versatile and you can do so much with it. I plan to make more cards using just portions of the die making it possible to make lots of cards from one die cut. I ink blended inks on a piece of card stock with Simon Says inks in rainbow colors on a diagonal, then cut the die from it. Before I took the die cut out of…
