Leg day workout! 

Seated sumo squat : 12 reps 
Super set w/ laying down DB hamstring curls : 12reps /
3-4 sets 
 
Split lunge on risers : 10 reps each leg / 3-4 sets 
*using the 50lb barbell.

Leg press : 10 reps, hold for 10sec and go 10 more reps and then hold for another 10sec. KILLER! **I use only one plate when doing this exercise. 
Super set w/ DB dead lifts : 10-12 reps / 3-4 sets

Laying down hamstring curls : 12-15 reps / 3-4 sets
*go as heavy as you can without breaking form on machine. 

Lastly, one legged hip thrust : 10reps each leg / 3-4 sets
