DIY - turn any T into a cute girly shirt!! (Since i didn't take before and after, i just too a snapshot of a similar T..) I cut about 2 inches from the neckline. Then cut about 5 inches from the bottom most of the way through then slanted my cut to create enough to make the tie on the side. Voala!
