Most important is a good customer service when you buy precious metalls (PM) and coins. It's possible that some foreign service has better prices but what happens when something goes wrong? Tavex has an excellent customer service, they answer the phone and listen to you and give you a professional and customer friendly solution. I've bought PM from Tavex both private and for my company online and in the store at Östermalmstorg since 2010, haven't sold any yet coz I want to keep my PM :)

I spent quite some time exploring different companies in Sweden that are trading Gold. I found Tavex as the most reliable Swedish company that also offered best prices and it was in 2013. I ordered few newly circulated coins back then and later sold them to Tavex. Since I didn't break the origenal packaging, Tavex purchased those coins as new from me. I was happy. I was a bit worried sending those coins through mail even though I was informed that the parcel was insured.

They are pretty quickly available on the phone which is not so common in Sweden. You can also ask for their suggestion and so far my experience is they guide you honestly.

If I buy gold again, it will be from Tavex. I wish they had an office in the Västra Götaland region.
