Same great quality business cards

I bought another set of lovely business cards from Moo at least a decade after the last lot! I'm pleased to say they are just as good quality as before and people still comment on the unusual shape - I chose square this time.

It's great to be able to have a selection of photos on the cards as I can tailor them to different types of customer and allowing people to choose their card is a great talking point too.

They have amazing customer service…

They have amazing customer service which I feel makes a company fabulous. I've been shopping at MOO for over a decade and they've never let me down delivering the best service and cards.Desiree was such a pleasure to work with!

Brilliant company

Brilliant company! My first order went a bit sideways due to issues on my side mostly. Despite this, they printed a revised version for free and it is perfect! I will be ordering again. Thanks everyone at MOO.

Ordering samples is brilliant. I want to be in the shoes of the customer and experience the first impression. Receiving the sample package allowed me to make the right choice that would elevate my brand. The details matter!

Great, attentive and quick customer service

There was an issue with my team uploading artwork but luckily, Samantha was able to find the order quickly and figure out exactly what happened. She was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time working with Moo but I will absolutely do it again!

The best printing company I've ever used

Honestly the best printing company I've ever dealt with. Their products are amazing and the customer service is 10 / 10. I recently placed an order and had someone check up on it. There was a printing error that was entirely my fault, however Moo re-did the design for me and arranged a re-print, which arrived only a few days later. In the stress of setting up a business, this care and efficiency was so valuable and very much appreciated. Thanks to Rebecca in the US for taking care of me. I've been using this company personally for years, and yes, it's a fraction more expensive, but you'll save money in the long run with the quality and care they take.

Noramy went above and beyond to help…

Noramy went above and beyond to help me! I made an error with my design so the printing didn’t turn out as I expected. He was able to walk me through how to fix the problem and they offered a re-print at no additional expense to me! To say I’m impressed would be an understatement! They definitely created a customer for life based on how they handled this situation. The communication throughout the process was top-notch!

I've been buying the luxe package for…

I've been buying the luxe package for years and they were great quality and feel but the new paper they are using is poor and the quality does not match the price or how they were printed before. Got 2 different packages and both are horrendous quality

Great customer support

Such a neat company - highly automated except for very personal customer support, which I needed as I had a design issue with my print job. Georgiana G was great - fixed my issue quickly. Great communication. Also Moo uses beautiful, thick paper for its printing. Very pleased.

No Experience Required

I spent a lot of time researching where to print my business cards and MOO came highly recommended. I know nothing about professional printing and was so worried that aspects of my cards might be blurry or off-centered. Instead, I got the perfect cards! The colors were vibrant and the paper was good quality. I also appreciated their shipping options as I ordered mine on pretty short notice.

Look no further. MOO is the Best.

I was so pleased with MOO's professionalism. I had my biz cards done initially by my web designer who hired MOO to print them. They were fantastic looking. Then for some reason, when it came time for another batch that I personally ordered, I sent them incorrect files. It was no problem for them to redo as a no cost courtesy and I received them fast. Thank you Rep Tiffany and thank you MOO!

MOO - highly recommended

Today I’ve received my order, 4 packages of 25 printed postcards with different personal photo motifs.
The quality of the photo prints as well as color, depth and paper are precisely fantastic. I am really impressed. 
Support by phone and mail excellent and easy, delivery fast and transparent. Careful and high-quality packaging. 
I will definitely keep you in mind for further projects and recommend collaborating with MOO to my friends and colleagues.

Great quality cards

Great quality cards, pretty quick to print and send to NZ and really easy to send the artwork online. Chat gpt recommended these guys when I was looking for a printer that printed business cards with up to 50 different prints on the reverse. So easy to use and cards are amazing, nearly need to order a new lot as I’ve handed so many out!

Amazing Customer Service

I had a typo on my business cards and MOO allowed me to order a new design at no cost to replace them. Unbelievable customer service from Al and especially Desiree. The cards are also of great quality. I will absolutely be reordering from MOO in the future.

Excellent Customer Service

I screwed up the address, not MOO, and my cards were not delivered. Instead of just canceling the order MOO reached out to, not with a generic email, but a real person and informed me.

I provided the correct information this time and they took the time to correct and make sure the cards were back in the mail.

I certainly was not expecting the prompt and courteous response from the MOO team.

Reprinted at no extra cost

when there was an error in my design and the cards were not perfect (according to MOO- they were very good anyway!) they corrected my layout and reprinted the cards at no cost!
