Campus Facilities Management provides cost effective and responsive service for maintenance and operation of facilities, grounds, utility services, and other related support functions that support the instructional, research, and public service functions of the University of Kentucky.

Planning Design and Construction is responsible for planning and executing the university's construction plan.  We assist in creating the master plan of capital improvements, hire the architects and engineers to design the planned renovations and new construction projects, and manage the entire planning, design, and construction process.  We liaise with our university clients and project stakeholders to ensure their needs are met along the way.

Facilities Management Medical Center provides high quality, professional facilities services to support the healthcare, research, and educational programs of the University of Kentucky Medical Center complex through innovative and cost effective housekeeping, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, renovation and life safety initiatives.

Facilities Management Shared Services include the Office of Sustainability, the Facilities Management Personnel Office, and related services.
