Most obnoxious arrogant ad ever. As a new person to Bend I find their advertising derogatory and condescending under the air of being advisory. I would never buy insurance from them or use them for financial services. Oh and people in Bend drive just a bad if not worse than people "not" from Bend.

It's hard enough just dealing with a family loss and then having to handle all the accounts and personal affairs of your loved ones. When I called High Desert to tie up Dad's insurance accounts, I was so impressed with the warmth and responsiveness I received from Paige. She went way above and beyond, she made my burden just a bit lighter. Thanks again, Paige!

After going through some health insurance nightmares through OHP, It was recommended that I give them a call. They helped a friend of mine and I was hopeful they could help me as well. Upon talking with Jeffery, he seemed annoyed by my questions and became very condescending with each question I had! He was very rude and condescending. Dissatisfaction is an understatement!!!

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Jeff and his team. The company where I work uses High Desert for their employee health and dental insurance. We have just gone through the open enrollment process (my first with them) and I was so impressed with the entire process. We met with them in advance to go over options and rates, then they brought a rep from the insurance company to meet with staff, plus Jeff and his team were on-site for the meeting to help answer questions and help with enrollment. Jeff fielded all of my questions before and after enrollment and issues that we had were followed up on quickly. Great service which is all that you can hope for in this health insurance market. Rates are what they are and we were able to offer several choices for both medical and dental.

After being with high desert for almost 10 years! I'm beyond blessed and happy to have found them ,besides the fact that they are local and easy to get a hold of . They have gone above and beyond to either save me money or get me credits. They continue to look out for my best interest. I will continue to refer high desert insurance to everyone and I know from personal experience they are the BEST ,they care and are truly genuine people . Patsy has been helping me for the last month and she is so WONDERFUL.

I was very confused by the whole government health care process, so I found High Desert Insurance. Jeff and his staff are very friendly, helpful, and truly care about you as a customer. I can always get in there fairly quickly, and have some face to face time with their customer-oreintated staff when I have an issue. If you are looking to get any insurance or financial help, these are the go-to guys in Bend!

I contacted this company to get insurance here in Oregon. I requested a quote, and got a call the next day (very nice) and was asked a ton of questions. Then two days after I was asked most of the questions again... I got a quote for a insurance company I was not fond of (Safco) bad costumer service record etc. I asked to have another company provide a quote. This company is a broker service for insurance and every broker I have used previously will provide more than one option. When I emailed an asked for other quotes, he told me that he would do it when he gets back from his vacation two weeks later??? Really? He knew I needed insurance to finish escrow. Just overall not a good experience. I waisted a week with this company when I should have just went straight to the insurance provider themselves.

Way too expensive. They have grown too big, and they don't actually care about their clients anymore. They just want money.

I had been a client for over 10 years, didn't change anything, didn't need any service. They really didn't have to do anything for me, had automatic payments, and I never really talked to them. I added 2 autos this past year (my family's cars which just sit in the driveway), just called and talked to someone on the phone to add the cars, easy enough. I thought that this must be the advantage of having an agent. A few months later I started realizing that my bill was REALLY high, like $9,500 a year!!! Not kidding!!!! Not exaggerating!!! Asked Jeff, the owner, about it, and he said that he would look into it, but he never got back to me, even 2 months later. Got a quote from progressive online, and now my yearly rate is $975 a year. I'm not sure what anyone needs an agent for anymore since online service is super easy to get, took me 20 min. Terrible company. I got ripped off.
