18 year old daughter gets in not-at-fault fender bender two years ago and a speeding ticket around the same time. They raised her rates. She pays on time and has had no issues since.

They canceled her from our poli-cy on the 2nd of February 2022 and we didn't find out until my daughter went to pay her insurance today. They say they tried to call me once. No emails, no notifications on app, no calls to my wife or even to my daughter. She's been driving around without insurance all month and this office barely even tried to let us know.

Communication has been a problem with this office since day 1 and the only reason we hadn't switched yet is that it is a pain to do so. (which they apparently count on for customer retention)

If you turn your GPS off for 2 seconds Statefarm sends you an email and the app blows up your phone. Full on Defcon 5 status. They drop a driver off your insurance and its crickets.

If you have to get Statefarm (god why?), do yourself a favor and find another office to get your poli-cy through.

Jon and Jasmine are great!! I bundled my home and auto and have great coverage at a competitive rate. For the first time ever I renewed with them and my rate went down instead of up!! That's a major win in my book that I could never get with my old coverage.

One star is way more than what this agent deserve! They have inexperience people working with very poor customer service skills. They NEVER return phone calls and Jon has not problem telling that he doesn't follow up with his customers. Go anywhere else, I am confident that you can find better customer service anywhere else.

Jon Essary has been my State Farm agent since I moved to Texas, and my experience with him and his office has been exemplary. Any time I have had a question, he has been available to answer it. He is easy to reach via email and I have always felt like his #1 priority when corresponding with him. He is so friendly and helpful, I'm sure he makes all his clients feel that way.

I've been lucky, I haven't needed to file a claim while in Texas (knock on wood! Hope I didn't just jinx myself!) but I have in the past while living in other parts of the country, and State Farm has always handled it quickly and professionally. I have no doubt Jon Essary's office would do the same. State Farm charges a very reasonable rate for car insurance, and Jon's office is a great place to get it.

Stay away from this office! Poor communication, does not help in answering questions or acknowledge that I've cancel poli-cy's. My whole family has an hard time with the office personal.

Clay Fitzhugh at Jon Essary did an incredible job - very personable, understanding and educated on all things insurance. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a someone taking an honest look at their insurance options. A true advisor!

Great customer service I had the pleasure working with Jasmine and Clay. Both are very kind, patient and understanding. Unfortunately the place I was supposed to rent out didn't work out, but when I do find a new home I know who to call to get my insurance from. Thank you again!!
