This apparently didnt help. This morning Hawaiian Telcom equipment and HAO Router were rebooted; no testing has yet been done to establish if this helped. ___end___ Wed Feb 12 17:55:28 GMT 2014: PSPT Start Patrol Wed Feb 12 17:57:57 GMT 2014 COMP Start Patrol Wed Feb 12 18:10:06 GMT 2014 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol KCOR COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Feb 12 18:32:05 GMT 2014 Looks like kcor computer crashed. This usb disk is now attached to kcor for data copy. From everything I can tell paa wasn't used anymore. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY mlso: Thu Feb 13 02:55:21 GMT 2014 Preston from NOAA says he got a network usage update from Hawaiian Telecom. At 2:30pm today the usage at the radio was 43mpbs shared between all mountain users. He didn't have a NOAA/MLSO breakdown of the usage but thought most of it was ours. With out good network monitoring tools it is hard to tell. But right now (post observing pre-comp copy) None of the machiens I checked (windows, pspt, ulua and mlsoserver) seem to be doing any signifcant data transfer. My impression is it isnt MLSO. But I dont know. ___end___
