For simplicity. We are now calling the Cisco 2911 which we have been using since 2010 Router A. And the 2921 was the unplugged/un-configured spare ROUTER B. Today the Router A configuration was not touched. The last configuration change to the router was made June 2011. ROUTE B is now plugged in with some configuration applied. Right now I think router B will work as the MLSO router if its MLSO facing IP Address is changed to 251. It currently has IP 254 to allow both routers to be seen on the MLSO network. Also note that PORT 2 on the netgear switch is currently configured as a mirror for monitoring PORT 1. Until this mirror is turned off PORT 2 should not be used for hosts. Commandline access to three devices can be had from the iwii console. COM1 is connected to ROUTER B COM2 is connected to the switch COM4 is connected to ROUTER A For now the ROUTER B web interface is enabled. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY berkey: Sat Feb 15 00:46:44 GMT 2014 Heading out to fedex disks ___end___
