Yesterday, the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees formally accepted a $2.5 million gift from philanthropist, entrepreneur, horsewoman and award-winning journalist Misdee Wrigley Miller and her husband — businessman, lifelong horseman and accomplished polo player James Miller — that will support the renovation and expansion of UK’s Pence Hall, the future home of the UK College of Communication and Information.
The College of Communication and Information is pleased to announce the naming of the Elizabeth “Scoobie” Ryan Podcast and Multimedia Studio, which will be housed in the newly renovated Pence Hall, set to open in Fall 2025.
Following the College of Design's recent move to the Gray Design building in March, construction fencing went up surrounding historic Pence Hall, which will soon become the centerpiece of a three-building CI neighborhood in the heart of campus.
