The Marketing and Communications team recognizes that dynamic multimedia content is essential in communicating our brand in an engaging way.

Process & Procedures

  • Send a request on the Marketing and Communications page here.
  • Multimedia requests can include graphics, photography, and videography.
  • Make sure to indicate your website profile affiliation which includes the:
    • College of Public Health;
    • Center for Innovation in Population Health;
    • and/or the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center (KIPRC).
  • Complete the Qualtrics survey thoroughly.
    • Photo and video needs will require you to schedule a meeting with Linda to discuss further details.
  • Requests are completed in the order in which they are received.
  • Once the survey is submitted, you will receive confirmation of your appointment time with Linda (if applicable) and the request approval.

Best Practices

  • A summary of the content to contextualize your request: 1-2 paragraphs explaining the goals of this event/project, if this is a partnership or collaboration, and any helpful links to contextualize.
  • If this project is being sent for print, please indicate the printer it will be sent to.
  • Please be as specific as possible about which media you are requesting (i.e. just photos, just graphics, photo + graphics, etc).
  • An example of a completed request is here.
