Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie | Easy recipes | Dinner | Slow cooking
6hr · 4 servings Recipe • 2 chicken breasts • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper • 1 tsp each of paprika, parsley flakes, onion powder and garlic powder • 1 diced onion • 2 cans cream of chicken soup • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables • 1/2 cup of sour cream •biscuits Instructions • add chicken, seasonings, onion, cream of chicken soup, and mixed veggies to a crockpot • stir well • cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken reaches an internal temp of at least 165 degrees • once chicken is cooked shred or take chicken out and cut it up into cubes • add chicken back to crockpot and stir in sour cream •serve over warm biscuits Enjoy!
