2025 KY Fruit & Vegetable Conference CANCELLED
We regret to inform you that the 2025 Kentucky Fruit & Vegetable Conference that was to be held on Jan. 5 – Jan. 7, 2025, at the Lexington Griffin Gate Marriott Golf Resort and Spa has been cancelled due to safety concerns. Governor Beshear has declared a state of emergency ahead of the incoming winter storm. This cancellation includes the Farm Food Safety Plan Workshop that had been scheduled to be held virtually tonight.
The Kentucky Horticulture Council, the Kentucky State Horticultural Society, the Kentucky Vegetable Growers Association, the Organic Association of Kentucky, and our partners at the University of Kentucky, Kentucky State University, and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture did not make this decision easily, but we feel assured in our decision by the State of Emergency that was just declared by Governor Beshear.
Please check your email for further information. We appreciate you patience and understanding.
