Of course it is not only flexibility required it also need to work on hips-legs-ankles strength. The last part is twisting. ‼️This Pose is not for hernia or lower back issues. Please be careful ‼️ The trick is… you need to fold or shift your body forwards/between legs. Use the elbow to push on the floor and focus on your bend leg, this need the strength to be able to come up to stand.
