Jennifer Walton is a professional engineer with the Kentucky Transportation Center and has more than 20 years of experience in transportation-related research.  Since 2010, she has been the Program Manager of the Intelligent Transportation Systems section, which conducts research on ITS planning and evaluation, traffic incident management, commercial vehicle electronic screening, commercial vehicle information systems and data quality, and driver and vehicle licensing issues. Ms. Walton also serves as a principal investigator and trainer in her primary areas of expertise: traffic incident management and the commercial vehicle Innovative Technology Deployment (ITD) program.  Jennifer earned her BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
