In Africa, FAO focuses on four regional priorities that are tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities present in the continent, and that are aligned to the FAO Strategic Framework 2022-2031:

  3. Climate action and sustainable natural resource management and
  4. Building resilience, ending poverty.
