Aims
The aim of the Group is to promote effective communication between geoscientists in the region. We try to achieve this by providing a point of contact for regional geoscience professionals, where they can share knowledge and experience by participating in evening meetings, field trips and site visits. We publish a bi-annual newsletter, which aims to keep our members abreast of:
- regional commercial activities and opportunities
- geoscience issues of national important
- Geological Society news
