Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A cold front will stall over central waters this evening then
dissipate by Thursday night. A low aloft to bring the potential
for thunderstorms Thursday night into Saturday. High pressure will
then build in northeast of the Islands and prevail through the
weekend. The extra-large west- northwest swell will peak today
then gradually subside through the remainder of the week.
