As stated on the main page: Perfumare (Visual Novel) can be played as a standalone and doesn't require any knowledge of Perfumare: Avulsion. That means the Visual Novel content is done, and this version won’t be updated. The full game is being released in Interactive Fiction format and can be read [here].
