Dr. Bronner's is hiring an Automation Engineer at our Vista, CA headquarters! 🔧 This person should be familiar with all sorts of manufacturing equipment, such as packers, fillers, conveyors & more — and should be able to troubleshoot equipment, such as electric motors, PLC’s, HMI, VFD’s, and Pneumatic Systems. This person should also be comfortable performing preventative maintenance and following a schedule. New year, new starting wage. 💰 This year, the starting wage for all full-time Dr. Bronner's employees is $27.99 — nearly 70% higher than California's 2025 minimum wage.⁣ ⁣ How can we afford to do this? Because we have a 5-to-1 cap on executive salaries, meaning Dr. Bronner's executives can't make more than 5x that of the lowest-wage, fully-vested employees — a practice that was instituted more than 20 years ago.⁣

It's that time of year! 😴 Time for Dr. Bronner's employees to temporarily shut down our factory, and rest. Dr. Bronner's will be closed from December 21, 2024 to January 2, 2025.
