A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect late tonight until mid morning on Thursday. Wind chill values drop as low as 15 to 20. Actual temperatures north of I-10 will drop to around 20 to 25 which would lead to a hard freeze. Hypothermia is possible if precautions are not taken. Unprotected outdoor pipes may become damaged.
