The current .dmg file isn’t signed, so macOS might block it when you try to open the app. To allow it to run: After moving the app to your Applications folder (or another location of your choice), open Terminal.

How to reproduce
Download app to Mac.
Copy app to applications folder.
Run app.
“codinit-dev.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
