What happened / 发生了什么
通过 WebUI 管理行为页面重命名指令组（例如将
example_cmd_group重命名为/example_cmd_group）后，该指令组下的子指令仍然只匹配旧的指令组名，不认新的前缀：example_cmd_group sub_cmd可正常触发example_cmd_group→/example_cmd_group后：/example_cmd_group sub_cmd无响应；example_cmd_group sub_cmd仍然能触发（子指令未跟随更新）给指令组添加别名 likewise 不会传播到子指令的匹配逻辑中。
根因分析（已定位）：
CommandFilter.parent_command_names在插件注册时取的是指令组当时的get_complete_command_names()快照（astrbot/core/star/register/star_handler.py第 87-94 行），此后不再动态计算。而
astrbot/core/star/command_management.py的_set_filter_fragment（第 473-485 行）在重命名指令组时，只更新了指令组自身的group_name并清空了指令组的_cmpl_cmd_names缓存，没有同步更新子指令的parent_command_names，也没有清空子指令的_cmpl_cmd_names缓存。因此子指令的
get_complete_command_names()（astrbot/core/star/filter/command.py第 175-183 行）仍返回旧前缀组合（如["example_cmd_group sub_cmd"]），导致运行时不认/example_cmd_group sub_cmd。Reproduce / 如何复现？
