I think I added test coverage for all of these overloads. If the tests pass then that’s probably validation enough for me. |

std::intN_ttypes are required to be 2's compliment so the unsigned/signed representations are the same, we can just cast them instead of duplicating the code.signed Tcan safely bereinterpret_casted tounsigned Tand vice versa per https://eel.is/c++draft/basic.lval#11
