Speedy deletion of Sailors gem
editA tag has been placed on Sailors gem requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. -Zeus- [t|c] 14:52, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

drake circus
editHi Distan i guess like you i was amazed at how a whole section of the history of plymouth has been buried behind some form of advert for a shopping mall. As you may or may not have already realised the subject of Aquamarine is of course linked to Drake Circus being as the infamous Drake Circus stone cutters use to supply the whole royal navy with Aqua marine before the first world war with the stones before they embarked on a voyage. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.157.96.112 (talk) 20:35, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- Actaully i was not aware of this. My interest in Drake Circus is confined to the 'sailors gem' found in a tunnel from Drake Street in the 1920's. Thank you for letting me and i will add it to my rtesearch.Distan russell (talk) 23:45, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
