English: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors, supporting the Montaña Area Office in Caguas, Puerto Rico, work in the municipality of San Lorenzo April 19. The distribution line they are working serves 437 residents. The mountainous region was one of the hardest hit when Hurricane Maria made landfall September 2017.
