bloody brilliant

For connoisseurs of reviews, let me say that the highest praise you can heap on a series is as follows: This is the second to last episode of the first year, it essentially sets up what is come in the finale, I have just finished watching it and I am positively atwitter (using the word in the pre-SocialMedia sense) with happy endorphins.

This is one of the most compelling series I have ever seen -- it is entertaining in the extreme.

And here is the secret I promised -- it is so good, so well done, that I really don't care how it ends, with a series of this rare quality it is the journey not the destination. Masterful.
