The Scott SWCD provides financial and technical assistance for conservation projects that protect and improve water and soil resources in Scott County.
Every spring the Scott SWCD offers low-cost, high-quality tree and shrub seedlings, native prairie seed mixes, and live plant kits for purchase.

Since 1941, the Scott Soil and Water Conservation District in Jordan, Minnesota has been helping Scott County citizens protect and preserve land and water resources. Working towards:

DISTRICT BUSINESS
The Scott SWCD is governed by a five-member Board of Supervisors. The Board is responsible for setting policies and overall direction for implementation of the SWCD's programs and services. Regular meetings of the Board occur on the third Thursday of each month and are open to the public.
