Great Free Workout App

I’ve been using this app for a few months and love it. I’d say it’s not for the beginner. You should have a solid base before getting into one of the workout plans (2-3 months in the gym).
Suggestions: I would make a workout plan for people with 45 minutes to 1 hour of time a day. Sometimes the app has 2 workouts scheduled for the same day. Not a huge deal because I spread those across 2 days.
I would also love to see an app for Apple Watch. It would be cool to just bring the watch to the gym instead of looking at my phone.
I would like to see a way to check workouts off as completed during a workout. This would be useful when you go out of order at the gym. Someone is using the equipment for a specific exercise.
Overall the app is great!

Much appreciated structure

I am beyond overwhelmed by the gym. I’ve dabbled in lifting, running, cycling etc. most of the time I create my own “program” off research. Rarely do I stick to it long term.

I’m currently following the hybrid. It’s forced me to use equipment in the gym I’ve never used and have been intimidated. I’m doing some of the runs and substituting others for cycling.

I really enjoy the lifts being planned out for me. With modifications I’ve been working through it and really enjoying the process.

Some bugs and tweaks

I LOVE BPN. Products are great and I’m
so thrilled to have a free training app. The only bugs that I would wish to see fixed are the estimated workout times. Lifting I’m pretty spot on but I’m a novice and slow runner so any of the track (or running) workouts that are based on distance and not time are way off. I put in my metrics once it was downloaded and the times are way off. It took me closer to 1h25m to complete week 4 track workout, not the 45m the app estimated. I try to plan my workouts in advanced based on my other obligations throughout the week and having to guess myself on if and when a workout can be squeezed in is a bummer. Other than that, another great product out of BPN. GO ONE MORE!
