No points

I have written several times about not getting any points from receipts at my local carls. This had been going on a long time and i am tired of sending in tje receipts. The mansger tells me nobody had come and tried to investigate, much less fix anything. We have been going to other places unlesscwe use points to lower out bill. I am trying to use other carls or other fast food places in our area. If you care so little ti not even check this out i guess carl’s is not the best place for us. There are plenty of other places around. I will send the last 3 i have- they are not the most recent ad we haven’t gone there. Please have someone look into this. Maybe its time for me to contact the ceo of yout company. This has been going on for months alreadyy!

Ripped off

The GPS on this map had caused me to order a order that was on way other side of town then my usual location that I go to. Due to your app acting up caused me to lose 12 bucks that I have never been refunded yet. Carl’s Jr. corporation makes it so hard to get in contact. None of your locations or stores will answer phones or your customer service hotline Will never answer phones. You guys are worse than Congress to get in touch with just because of your app alone. I have boycotted carls for life. The only reason I was using your app is because where I worked there was a very close Carl’s Jr. nearby. You guys aren’t even that good. It’s not worth me losing 12 bucks not to mention I was on my lunch break and I had to hurry up and double pay. Shame on you guys you don’t even care about your guest. No wonder your guys are so much dead compared to the other fast food places. You’re employees aren’t even happy. And before you resort going back to your script, I have called customer service, made a complaint with the receipt order online. Every requirement you guys require to do even tried to message you guys on Facebook messenger. This is why your employees gaslight because you guys are good at it.

Understaffed

My local Carl’s Jr. is understaffed. I thought by downloading the app & placing my order for pick up would be much more time efficient while I use Lyft getting to and from places. The wait in carls Drive through line is generally not too bad but usually just a little bit too long for Lyft drivers to want to be willing to wait for me. I got the app hoping placing my order would eliminate the wait my Lyft drivers were doing. Or fear they would end the ride and leave me there, because the order was taking to long. my local Carl’s only had two people working when I went to go pick up my order I placed through the app. They had not even started my order until I arrived inquiring about the pick up. I arrived 30 minutes or longer after placing my order. They said they had just received the order coming in. The app is is not helping me be efficient on a timely manner as I had hoped due to being understaffed and not filling my order before my arrival. I’ll have to choose somewhere else to buy lunch when I’m going to and from work using Lyft.
