I wish I had read these reviews before buying this system. The sales guy I spoke with Alex Jackson gave me completely fake promises. I ordered three accounts for three different business. He said I will get the service of $87/month for one year. Only for them to turn around and start charging two extra lines and not honoring the rate the promised. They didn’t even honor the free months that they promised. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them. But no one is willing to help me rectify the error that was made. I am so disappointed with the level of service. I will say stay away from them.

It’s straightforward to use, which is great for me and my staff, and it’s rock-solid reliable. What really makes it stand out, though, is the customer support. The team is always there when you need them, and they really go the extra mile to make sure everything’s running smoothly. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. It’s a pleasure to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended

We have this product for almost 3 years now and getting a hold of a customer support member is impossible. If you have an issue your stuck with it forever. I guess they have paid off Google so no one can even write a comment on them. Please don’t waste your money on this product at all. If you don’t believe me please contact me and I will give you my account information and see for yourself in trying to connect with a support agent.
