Today I waited an extra 15 minutes beyond the estimated time my food was to be ready. Saw several people order their food in store, and receive it before I got mine. Was told twice that there were “a lot of tickets”. Okay, that’s fine, it’s busy, but what’s the point of ordering ahead, if I still have to wait 15 minutes when I get there??

I love PTerrys and I was excited for a way to order their food directly but if you get it delivered, beware there’s no actual way to report that half your order is missing. And if you try to call the store which is the only way to correct their issue, the line is forever busy as if someone took the phone off the hook. This makes me not want to order from them ever again. It’s a crappy way to do business. All other ordering apps allow you to report if something is wrong with your order. Do better. I’m super disappointed.

Absolutely love everything on the P. Terry’s Burger Stand menu. The burgers hit the spot every time! The rotating monthly burger has always been a pleasant surprise when looking at their menu, as every single one of them taste like the best burger yet, but they just keep on coming. If you’re in Texas, you have to stop by P. Terry’s Burger Stand for one of their burgers, their perfectly salted and cooked fries, and you must try their strawberry milkshake!
