Needs a lot of work

Where do I begin ? Can’t load the card into Apple wallet, some sort of signature error. For the 1st month I was getting emailed receipts but money was never deducted from my account. The card no longer works when I swipe it, can only be scanned from the reader.

Update - I no longer use the card and cancelled my account. I have still used the service but now use my own cards. Great to hear the developer is working to improve the experience.

Decent app - worth it for redeeming points

I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this app and so far it has been a good experience.

I was just able to redeem a 10$ credit successfully so you can color me happy. It’s nice to know they reward you for splurging in the snack shop. In the odd event I want to treat myself at work, this has come in handy. Every bit adds up.

Since I’m from a small location, a lot of the items are just not stocked to be able to benefit from the promotions they have going.

As for ApplePay feature it still needs work because when I try to reload it from the app it doesn’t go through. It’s no trouble to do it at a Kiosk but it would be nice to have to skip that.

Works OK but…

I like being able to see the balance on my card and transferring my other card’s balances to one. The problem for me is I can’t transfer anymore card balances because there is no option to delete the old ones with $0 balances and I’ve already reached my maximum allowed cards. So now I have 4 or 5 cards with $0 balance just sitting in my account. I’ve seen another review that is over a year old that have reported the exact same issue and it’s still not fixed.
