The Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC) is recognized as a leading voice within Indian Country and the federal government on Tribal agricultural policies, programs and opportunities. The IAC was established in 1987 as a Native-led 501c3 non-profit organization, headquartered in Billing, Montana. The IAC’s remote staff work across 12 regions that mirror the BIA’s designated regions. For more than three decades the IAC has worked to pursue and promote the conservation, development and use of Tribal agriculture resources for the betterment of Tribal people, with an eye towards supporting and advancing true sovereignty and self-sufficiency in Indian Country by recapturing our ability to feed ourselves.

Conditions of Employment:
Successful completion of Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) Form in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
Successful completion of 6-month probationary period
Direct Deposit: All employees are required to accept payroll made by direct deposit to the financial institution of each employee’s choosing.
