14M views · 7.9K reactions | Easy 15-min Pizza Rice Bowl😍🍕🍚 The best part about this low effort meal is that it tastes like it came from a good restaurant and is extremely easy to make.😋 🌽 Herb Corn Rice - Heat a tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/3 cup boiled corn, salt as per taste and a handful of finely chopped coriander (I added extra for freshness). - Mix well and toss in 2 cups of cooked rice. 🍕Pizza flavoured gravy - Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add 1 chopped chilli, 1/4 cup capsicum, 1/4 cup red and yellow bell peppers (use any veggies of your choice, add small paneer pieces for protein) and sauté it well. - Add 3-4 tbsp pizza sauce, 1/4 cup mayo/ cream, 2 tsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste and milk to adjust the consistency.
